PWINKLE is a creative studio based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. This notice describes how information is handled through the PWINKLE website, project inquiry process and private PWINKLE OS workspace. For questions or requests, contact pwinkle.marketing@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you send a project inquiry, we may collect the contact details, organization, project description and other information you submit. When authorized members sign in, the service processes account identifiers, names, email addresses, optional profile images, membership roles and session information. Creative operations may involve project details, client contacts, talent records, assignments, communications and associated working materials.

What we use it for

We use information to respond to inquiries, plan and deliver creative work, authenticate accounts, control access to workspace information, coordinate assignments, maintain operational records, and protect the application against misuse. Signing in with Google only requests basic identity information; PWINKLE OS does not request access to your Gmail inbox or Google Drive through this login.

Who may receive it

Authorized studio members and collaborators may access information relevant to their assigned work. Technology providers used in operating the service include Google for identity, Supabase for authentication and database services, and Vercel for application hosting. Information may be shared when required by law or as necessary to investigate security incidents.

Storage, security and retention

Workspace access is controlled by authentication and role-based permissions. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Records are kept for operational, contractual, legal, and security purposes for periods appropriate to their purpose. Cloud infrastructure can process or store data outside Malaysia.

Your choices and requests

You can ask about personal data held by PWINKLE, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. Contact us using the email above. Requests may be subject to applicable legal, contractual and security requirements.

This notice may be updated as PWINKLE OS and its associated practices develop. The current version and update date will be published on this page.
