These terms apply to use of the PWINKLE website and PWINKLE OS, a private studio operations workspace. Separate written agreements may apply to particular projects, talents, clients and collaborators.

Authorized access

Private workspace features are intended for approved PWINKLE team members and collaborators. You must use your own verified account and keep it secure. Access and permissions may be limited or withdrawn when appropriate for studio operations or security.

Permitted use

Use the service lawfully, respect other people's privacy and intellectual property, and submit accurate information. Do not attempt unauthorized access, impersonation, harmful interference, scraping of confidential information, or misuse of other members' accounts.

Project materials

Creative briefs, campaign files, images, talent information and related materials may be confidential or subject to separate ownership and licensing arrangements. Access to material through PWINKLE OS does not itself give permission to distribute, publish or commercially reuse it.

Availability and changes

The service may change as the studio's needs evolve and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. Contact PWINKLE if you encounter an access or security issue.

Inquiries and agreements

Submitting an inquiry does not by itself establish a contract or commitment to undertake work. The scope, delivery, pricing and rights for any engagement should be confirmed separately by the relevant parties.
